Once upon a time I had the chance to work with the leadership team and CEO of Three Square many years ago when I owned

one of my restaurants.  Some of the team has changed and some has remained the same. They have always been very generous

over there at Three Square and sure do continue to make a huge impact in people’s lives all throughout the Las Vegas area.

Brian Burton is still the CEO for the organization and he was kind enough to offer up his time to sit down and do an interview

with me at the facilities, after we had a few hiccups the first few times around with the interview, we finally found a safe place in

the building where we could get good quality audio.

The passion that these members of Three Square have for the work they do blows my mind. They all work towards a common

goal and seemingly enjoy their responsibilities day in and day out. Leadership is a top down funnel and with this group in

charge here, I see the rest of the staff fully supporting the goals.

When I arrived at the facility there were hundreds of volunteers in the back kitchen preparing nicely made meals and

backpacks for distribution to the local partners for the ultimate placement of yet another meal in the hands of a food insecure

person.
