Albert Einstein once said, ‘It’s never too late to have a happy childhood.’
Peter Brandl (President of the German Speakers Association) like many other boys, had a childhood dream to drive Airplanes. But at 14, his dreams were shattered when a medical seminary said Peter cannot become a pilot because he wore glasses.
But, at 35 when Peter was being successful in his career and consulting business, and learning that his glasses won’t be an obstacle at all, his childhood dreams rekindled. He started taking flying lessons and soon became a licensed pilot.
Sometimes you have a dream and you really want to do it, but once you have done it, you recognize, ‘well there’s no need to do it for the rest of my life.’ From there, Peter went back to his prior job of running the consulting and training company.
Today, Peter has done more than 3,000 presentations in 13 countries and on 3 continents. The airline pilot, entrepreneur, flight instructor and multiple author is one of the most unconventional and sought-after speakers in the market.
